If you have not already done so, please fill out our INITIAL FORM so that we can see if Bankruptcy is right for you. Our attorney will personally review this information and if we believe we can help you, we will ask you to complete our 4 page Bankruptcy Questionnaire.
Along with completing the questionnaire, we will ask you to complete credit counseling, organize your financial documents, and then schedule an appointment to meet with the attorney to discuss your case. In addition to the Bankruptcy Questionnaire, you will want to bring the following items with you for your first appointment

•
Tax Returns – covering the last 3 years, 4 years if filing Chapter 13
•

Divorce Decree if you were divorced within past 3 years
